You can block/unblock a device if it is lost/found.
You must be an Administrator to block/unblock a device.

Log in to the Control Centre.

Go to Devices > Handhelds

Select the device. You will see:

The Wi-Fi MAC address

The location the device is assigned to
-
The administrative PIN
-

To block or unblock the device, turn the Block Handheld toggle On or Off

Click Update.
