Block/Unblock a Device

You can block/unblock a device if it is lost.

You must be an Administrator to block/unblock a device.

  1. Log in to the Control Centre.

  2. Go to Work Management Devices>View/Edit.

  3. Select the device that you want to view. You will see:

    • The Wi-Fi MAC address

    • The location the device is assigned to

    • The administrative pin

  4. To block/unblock the device, tick/untick the Block Memo box.

  5. Click Save.
