You can block/unblock a device if it is lost.
You must be an Administrator to block/unblock a device.

Log in to the Control Centre.

Go to Work Management Devices>View/Edit.

Select the device that you want to view. You will see:

The Wi-Fi MAC address

The location the device is assigned to
-
The administrative pin
-

To block/unblock the device, tick/untick the Block Memo box.

Click Save.
