Block/Unblock a Device

You can block/unblock a device if it is lost/found.

You must be an Administrator to block/unblock a device.

  1. Log in to the Control Centre.

  2. Go to Devices > Handhelds

  3. Select the device. You will see:

    • The Wi-Fi MAC address

    • The location the device is assigned to

    • The administrative PIN

  4. To block or unblock the device, turn the Block Handheld toggle On or Off

  5. Click Update.
