Enable/Disable Auto Login

If a single person uses a device, you can enable auto login on the device so they do not have to enter their pin every time they open the app.

This feature is currently only available on the Checkit Android App

You must be an Administrator to enable/disable auto-login.

You must be logged out of the app to enable/disable auto-login.

To disable auto login on a device, follow steps 1-6 only.

  1. Tap the 3 vertical dots on the bottom right of the app login screen.

  2. Tap Settings.

  3. Tap Other Settings.

  4. Tap Auto Login.

  5. Enter your 6-digit administrative pin. (Click here for instructions on how to find your administrative pin).

  6. Turn on/off the Auto Login toggle as applicable.

  7. Tap the back button to return to the app login page.

  8. Tap the user you want to remain logged in on the device.

  9. Turn on the Keep me logged in toggle.

  10. Enter the user’s pin to access to app.

The device will remain logged in to the user's account until they manually log out by tapping the 3 vertical dots and then Log Out.
