Manually Download Work

Devices automatically download any new work assigned to them:

  • When the app is launched (if it has not been launched in the last 50 minutes)

  • After a user manually logs out of the app

  • Overnight

You can also manually download work to ensure that your device is up-to-date before you log in to the app. To do so, follow the instructions below.

This feature is currently only available on the CWM Android app

You must be logged out of the app to manually download work.

  1. Tap the 3 vertical dots at the bottom right of the app login page.

  2. Tap About App.

  3. Tap the box below the Download heading.
