Work Report
The work report is a record of work completed on the CWM app.

The work report specifies:
when work was started (recorded in the local time of the location where the work was started)
the work schedule (if applicable)
the checkpoint name (if applicable)
the check/checklist name
the team the work was assigned to
the name of the user that completed each check
when each check was completed (recorded in the local time of the location where the work was completed)
the delayed check ID (if applicable)
responses to checks (including numeric and text input)
photos attached (click the paperclip icon, then the green camera icon to view the photo)
