Checklist Subject

Checklist Subject allows you to add a label to a checklist, so if staff are working on multiple checklists of the same type at the same time, they can easily identify which is which.

For example, if several delivery checklists are in progress, each one can be labelled (e.g. Deliveries – Subject: Dairy, Deliveries – Subject: Meat), making it clear which checklist relates to which delivery (see image 1).

To set this up:

  1. Add the tag [subject:yes] to a check within the checklist (for example, “Delivery Type”). Enter the tag in the Name field (see image 2).

  2. Add the tag [subject] to each option in a list of options check (see image 2), or to a free text field (see image 3).

See video 1.

The text staff enter, or the option they select, is then displayed as the subject alongside the checklist name.

This feature is currently only available on the Checkit App

You must be a Safety Manager to add a subject to a checklist.
