If a checklist displays a checkpoint icon, before the checklist opens you will need to select which location/equipment you are working on, and you may be required to scan a QR code or tap an NFC tag at the location/on the equipment to confirm your presence.

If you are unable to scan the QR code, you must enter a reason why not.
