Find Your Pin

If you have forgotten your pin and you are:

• A Supervisor, follow the instructions below to find it

• An Operator, please ask a Supervisor, Operator, or Administrator to follow the instructions below to find it

Only Supervisors and Operators can log in to the app.

1. Log in to the Control Centre.

2. Go to Configuration>Work Management>View/Edit.

3. Select the Who tab.

4. Click the Users tab.

5. Select the user from the list on the left. Their pin will appear in the field Memo PIN (4-digits).

Users are listed in alphabetic order. Use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to browse the list of users. Alternatively, use the search bar above.
