Reassign ETI Probe Colour

You can reassign an ETI probe colour if it was wrongly assigned during its initial set up.

You must be an Administrator to reassign an ETI probe colour.

You cannot reassign Checkit probe colours.

If you are using the CWM app on your own phone or tablet, please ensure that Bluetooth is enabled.

1. Open the CWM app on your device.

2. Tap the 3 vertical dots on the bottom of the screen.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Probe Vendor Config.

5. Enter your administrative pin. Click here for instructions on how to find your administrative pin.

6. Tap Reassign ETI probe colour.

7. Take the ETI device you want to reassign and open the metal probe to turn it on.

8. When indicated to do so on the app screen, press the button on the probe once.

9. Select an option: red or blue.
