Reset App Installation

This feature is currently only available on the Checkit Android App

You should only reset the app out once confirmed and approved by a Checkit Support Team or by the location Safety Manager or Administrator.

If you reset the app installation, all Checkit data will be deleted from the device.

Only Administrators can reset the app. See User Roles for more details.

  1. Open the app.

  2. Click the three dots on the bottom right of the app login page.

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click Reset Installation. You will see a warning stating "This step will delete all Checkit data on the device. Only do this if instructed by Checkit Staff".

  5. Click Confirm.

  6. Enter the administrator PIN. (Click here for instructions on how to find your administrative pin.)
