Your contract may include 1 or 3 point annual recalibration.
If so, we will contact you in advance to schedule a site visit for sensor recalibration.
Following the visit, we will upload calibration certificates to the documents library on the CAM+ Website within 7 days.
To view calibration certificates, go to Documents Library> System Installation> Calibration Certificates (see video 1).
