Your PIN is a 9-digit code which we request if you are completing certain tasks on the CAM+ website such as updating an incident audit or making configuration changes like editing a setpoint, editing an isolation, etc.
Follow the instructions below to reset your PIN if you have forgotten it.
If your PIN has expired, please contact a Customer Administrator and they will reactivate it. See Reactivate a User's Password/PIN for instructions.
Your PIN must only contain numbers and/or letters. It cannot contain special characters, for example: !, *,&.

Go to the CAM+ login page.
If you are already logged into the CAM+ Website, click Logout to access the login page.

Click Reset Pin Code icon.

Enter your username and email.
Your username will usually be the same as your email.

Click Send.

Open your email inbox. You will have received an email with the subject ‘Pincode reset on CAM+’ from tutelasupport@checkit.net.
It may take a few minutes to receive the email. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact us.

Paste the URL contained in the email into a web browser.

Enter a new 9-digit PIN code.
You cannot use:

Single letter/number PINs, for example, 111111111, aaaaaaaaa, etc.

Sequential letter/number PINs, for example, 123456789, 987654321, abcdefghi, etc.

PINs with more than 4 numbers/letters in a sequence, for example, 123450000

Confirm the new PIN code.

Click Reset.
Depending on your account configuration, your new PIN may expire within 1-365 days.
