You can reactivate a user’s password and/or PIN if they have expired (see image 1).

You must be a Customer Administrator to reactivate a user’s password/PIN.

Customer Administrators cannot reactivate their own password/PIN; they must ask another Customer Administrator.
If your account has Single Sign-On (SSO) (i.e. users log in to the CAM+ Website using their work password) you:

Cannot reactivate a user’s password on the CAM+ Website if it has expired. Please contact your IT manager and request that they do so via your identity provider account

Can reactivate a user’s PIN if it has expired. See below for instructions

Log in to the CAM+ Website.

Click Manage Users.

Click the view icon on your company name. You will see a list of all users in your company.

Find the user whose PIN/password you want to reactivate.
Use the page numbers/ arrows above the table to browse the list of users.
You can search for a user by typing their first name in the Username Filter List field on the left.
You can sort users by clicking the arrows in headers of Pincode Timeout, and Password Timeout columns.

To reactivate a user’s password:

Click the Password Timeout field on the user you want to reactivate.

Enter the number of days (between 1 and 365) that you want the password to be valid.

To reactivate a user’s PIN:

Click the PIN Timeout field on the user you want to reactivate.

Enter the number of days (between 1 and 365) that you want the PIN to be valid.

Click the confirm changes icon.

Enter the 3 digits requested from your PIN.

Click Submit. The user will now be able to log in to the CAM+ Website and use their PIN. They do not need to reset their password/PIN.
