Block a User

You will need to block a user if they are temporarily not working for your business, for example, seasonal staff.

If you block a user you will suspend their access to the Control Centre and Checkit email correspondence.

Supervisors can only block users in teams they are members of themselves.  See User Roles for more details.

  1. Log in to the Control Centre.  

  2. Go to Configuration>Work Management /Automated Monitoring>View/Edit.

  3. Click the Who tab.  

  4. Click the Users tab. 

  5. Select the user you want to block from the panel on the left.

  6. Tick the Block user box.

  7. Click Save.
