Schedules are timetables that you create and then apply to checklists, so you only need to assign work once.

Schedules allow you to specify:

  • When a checklist is carried out

  • How often a checklist is carried out

  • How long staff have to complete a checklist

  • How long a checklist will remain overdue before being cancelled

For example, you can specify that toilets must be checked every three hours, every day from 09:00 to 18:00, staff have fifteen minutes to complete the checklist, the checklist will be cancelled if it has not been started one hour after it was due.

An overdue alert will be triggered if work is not completed in time.
