Types of Sensors

Cold Sensor

Cold sensors are often used in fridges & freezers. They measure air temperature between -30°C (-22°F) and 60°C (140°F).

Hot Sensor

Hot sensors are often used in hot hold cabinets and buffets. They measure air temperature between -30°C (-22°F) and 100°C (212°F).
