View Reports on the CWM App

On the CWM app, you can view work and alert reports from the location the device is assigned to and its sub-locations.

You must be a Supervisor to view reports on the CWM app. See User Roles for more details.

You can only view work reports, check alert reports, and overdue alert reports.

  1. Log in to the app using your 4-digit pin.

  2. Tap the three vertical dots.

  3. Select Control Centre.

  4. Enter your Control Centre password.

  5. Select the type of report you want to view:

    • Work report

    • Alert report

  6. Select the location you want to view reports from.

  7. Filter your results as necessary.

  8. Tap the green search icon.

  9. Scroll down to see your reports.

  10. Tap on a report heading to expand and view its contents.
