Overview
This release includes improvements to Self-Service Backfill, which allows you to check for missing sensor data and, if any gaps are found, retrieve the missing data yourself without contacting Checkit Support.
Downtime
This release will not cause any downtime.
User Impact
There is no action required. The improvements will be available automatically when you open or refresh the CAM+ Website.

Improvements
Backfill Data from the Current Day
You can now submit a backfill request for missing data from the current day.
Previously, you could only request data from previous days.
Select a Specific Time Range
You now select a specific date and time range when submitting a backfill request.
For example, you can request data for 01/01/2026 00:00–16:00, rather than requesting data for the entire day.
Improved Backfill Statuses
The Requests page now provides more detailed information about the progress and outcome of your backfill requests.

The backfill request has been accepted, and the missing data is being retrieved. |

Incomplete Data |
The backfill completed, but some of the requested data could not be retrieved from the WARP. See Backfill Troubleshooting: Incomplete Data or Missing Logs. |

Failed Missing Logs |
The backfill could not retrieve any of the requested data because the required data is not available on the WARP. See Backfill Troubleshooting: Incomplete Data or Missing Logs. |
