Alarms & Alerts
An alarm is triggered if an issue occurs on site, such as a refrigeration unit exceeding its high alarm setpoint or a transmitter losing connection with the WARP.
Alerts are an optional feature. They warn you that a sensor may be about to exceed its high alarm setpoint/fall below its low alarm setpoint.
Overview:
Alarms triggered by sensors (e.g. high temperature, low humidity, transmitter offline, probe failure, etc.) require an incident audit.
Alarms triggered by signal repeaters and the WARP do not require an incident audit.
Alerts do not require an incident audit.
