An alarm is triggered if an issue occurs on site, such as a refrigeration unit exceeding its high alarm setpoint or a transmitter losing connection with the WARP.
Alerts are an optional feature. They warn you that a sensor may be about to exceed its high alarm setpoint/fall below its low alarm setpoint.
Alarms triggered by sensors (e.g. high temperature, low humidity, transmitter offline, probe failure, etc.) require the completion of an incident audit.
