Downtime

You will not be able to access the CAM+ Website for 2-3 minutes while the update is deployed. However, sensors will continue to record data, and alarms will be triggered as usual.

This release will not impact users.

You will receive the update automatically when you open/refresh your browser.

Bug Fixes

We have fixed an issue where data was missing from the user export list. The export now contains the following information:

• Username

• PIN code timeout

• Password timeout (unless you use Single Sign-On, in which case this information is not included as password timeouts are managed in your IdP, such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Auth0, etc.)
