Complete Multiple Incident Audits (Optional Feature)

You can complete multiple incident audits at once if a sensor has triggered multiple alarms of the same type, for example, if a temperature sensor has triggered multiple high temperature alarms.

Completing multiple incident audits at once is an optional feature Please contact us to enable it.

You must have:

  • Multi Sign Off and Manage Incidents permissions enabled to complete the first 3 fields of multiple incident audits (Cause Identified, Corrective Action Taken, Incident Resolved).

  • Multi Sign Off and Approve Incidents permissions enabled to to complete the final field of multiple incident audits (Supervisor Sign Off).

SeeView/Edit Your User Profileto check which permissions you have enabled.

  1. Log in to the CAM+ Website.

  2. Click the sensor icon on the relevant department.

  3. Click the incident icon on the relevant sensor.

  4. Click Multi Sign Off.

  5. Filter the incident audits by date using the To and From fields on the left,

You can select a date range of up to 60 days and from up to 3 years ago.

  1. Click Update. You will see a list of incomplete incident audits.

There will be no results if you do not have any incomplete incident audits within that date range.

  1. Select the type of incident audit you want to complete from the Alarm Type dropdown menu for example, high temperature alarms.

Only alarm types that have incomplete incident audits within the selected date range will be visible in the dropdown menu.

  1. Select the field that you want to complete in the incident audits:

    • Cause Identified

    • Corrective Action Taken

    • Incident Resolved

    • Supervisor Sign Off

There will be no results if the field you selected has already been completed.

  1. Check the boxes on the incident audits that you want to complete. Alternatively, check the box at the top of the column to select all.

You can click the graph icon on an individual incident to view details of the event.

  1. Click Confirm on the left of the screen.

  2. Click Yes.

  3. Type a comment, for example, ‘fridge overloaded, items relocated to another unit' etc’. Alternatively, click Standard Comments and select a standardised response.

Please contact us if you would like to add to/modify your standard comments.

  1. Click Confirm.

  2. Enter the 3 digits requested from your PIN.

  3. Click Submit. The comment you entered will be added to the selected field of the incident audits.

If there are more fields in the incident audits left to complete, you will see the next field that requires completion in the Alarm Type dropdown. For example, If you completed the Cause Identified field, you will now be able to complete the Corrective Action Taken field.

  1. To complete any remaining fields of the incident audits, repeat steps 9-14 until the incident audits have been signed off and disappear from the screen.
