You can sign reports saved to the documents library to demonstrate accountability and allow traceability.
You must have the Sign Reports permission enabled to sign a report. See View/Edit Your User Profile to see which permissions you have enabled.

Log in to the CAM+ Website.

Click the library icon on the relevant department.

Go to Reports Pending Secondary Sign Off.

Click the view icon on the report you want to sign.

Click Accept.

Enter the 3 digits requested from your PIN.

Click Submit.
If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it on the CAM+ Website login page.

Check Reading Reports will be automatically filed under Documents Library> System Users>Check Readings Record once signed.

All other reports will be automatically filed under Documents Library> System Users>Customer Reports once signed.
The signature and date will appear at the bottom of the report. See image 1.
