Fixes
Users can no longer change offline alert periods in the Control Centre
We've fixed an issue that allowed Administrators to change offline alert periods in the new Control Centre.
The offline alert period determines how long a sensor, hub, or repeater can remain offline before a service alert is triggered.
Administrators can continue to view the configured offline alert period under Devices, but the field is now read-only and cannot be changed.
Administrators can still edit the offline alert period in the Maintenance app.
Checkpoint names are now displayed in work reports and alerts
If you use our optional Checkpoints feature, we've fixed an issue where checkpoint names were not displayed in the work report or check and overdue alerts.
Work report now shows the full checklist structure
We've fixed an issue where the work report did not show the full checklist structure associated with a completed check, making it difficult to identify what each result related to.
For example:
Previously:
-
Temperature check > 5 °C
-
Temperature check > 6 °C
-
Temperature check > 7 °C
Now:
-
Temperature check > Sausage rolls > 5 °C
-
Temperature check > Mince pies > 6 °C
-
Temperature check > Cheese pasties > 7 °C
The work report now displays the full checklist structure.
