Alerts

Alerts are a notification that an issue has occurred on site.

Types of Alerts:

Check Alerts: triggered if staff discover an issue when completing work on the CWM app
Overdue Alerts: triggered if a checklist on the CWM app is not completed in time
Sensor Alerts: triggered if a sensor is out of range for too long
Service Alerts: triggered if a sensor, Hub, or Repeater cannot communicate with the cloud/a sensor has low battery

You may have less types of alerts depending on the number of Checkit products your company is subscribed to.
