Disable/Re-Enable Monitoring

You will need to disable monitoring if a piece of equipment is out of service. If you do so, the sensor will continue to take readings but you will not receive any alerts.

When the equipment is back in service, you can re-enable monitoring.

You must be a Safety Manager to disable/re-enable monitoring. See User Roles for more details.

1. Log in to the Control Centre.

2. Go to Configuration>Automated Monitoring>View/Edit.

3. Click the Monitoring tab.

4. (Optional) Use the Sort By dropdown menu to organise your monitoring configurations.

5. To:

   • Disable monitoring, click the amber icon on the monitoring you want to disable. When you do so, the icon will change from a tick to a cross

   • Re-enable monitoring, click the amber icon on the monitoring you want to re-enable. When you do so, the icon will change from a cross to a tick
