Locations

Locations are places to which you assign people, devices, and checklists.

When we set up your account, we create your main location and any sub-locations to reflect the type of business you run and its structure.

You can have:

  • Multiple layers of sub-location to suit the needs of your business

  • Locations in different time zones

Below is an example of a small international chain of restaurants:

You can then assign people, devices, and checklists to the appropriate locations.

Any person you assign to a location will also have access to its sub-locations. For example, a Safety Manager assigned to Canary Wharf Restaurant can create sensor rules, clear alerts, etc. from Canary Wharf Restaurant, Front of House, and Back of House.
