Sense Range: Sense Range: View Hub Status

You can view the hub’s status if you want to check details such as the location it is assigned to, if it is online, and the sensors and repeaters connected to it.

You must be an Administrator to view the hub’s status. See User Roles for more details.

  1. Log in to the Control Centre

  2. Go to Devices > Hubs.

  3. Select the hub you want to view. There are 3 tabs:

    • General - displays:

      • Hub display name

      • Hub serial number

      • The location to which the hub is assigned.

      • The offline alert period (the delay between a hub going offline, i.e. not sending data to the Control Centre, and a service alert being triggered)

      • The application version (see Release Notes for details of firmware versions)

      • Registration status (if the hub is registered to your account)

      • Connection status (if the hub is connected to the Internet)

    • Sensors - displays the sensors connected to the hub, including sensor names and serial numbers

    • Repeaters -displays the sensors connected to the hub, including sensor names and serial numbers
