Downtime
You will not be able to access the CAM+ Website for 2-3 minutes while the update is deployed. However, sensors will continue to record data, and alarms will be triggered as usual.
User Impact
There is a minor change involving an additional step when deleting a user. See below for details.
How to Get the Update
You will receive the update automatically when you open/refresh your browser.
Improvements
If you delete a user, you will be required to enter a reason. For example, “The user is no longer with the company”. This information will also be displayed in the User Audit Report.
The User Audit Report will contain details of modifications to users (see image 1). Previously, the report only stated that a user had been modified, but did not specify how.
If you modify multiple users simultaneously, the user Audit Report will display each modification separately.
The User Audit Report will contain a filter for viewing audits on user modifications.
We’ve added connection pooling for the number6v2 database. This backend improvement enhances performance but has no user-facing impact.
