A User Audit Report is a record of user activity on the CAM+ Website.
It contains time-stamped information including: logins, logouts, actions taken such as updating incident audits, editing setpoints, etc.
You can also save a copy of the report to your device and/or export it to Excel.
View a User Audit Report

Standard Users can only see an audit of their own activity.

Customer Administrators can see an audit of all user activity on the site.

Log in to the CAM+ Website.

Click the audit users icon on the site you want to view.

(Optional) To filter data by date, select a date in the To and From fields then click Update. You will see a list of actions ordered from most recent.
You can select up to a 3 month date range.

(Optional) To filter data by type of action, select an option from the Sort dropdown menu:

Isolation Audits (modifications to isolations)

Contact Management Audits (modifications to contacts)

Check Reading Audits (reports generated to check current reading of all sensors on site)

Settings (modifications to alarm setpoints)

Library Deletes (files deleted from the documents library)

Use the arrow icons in the Date, Name, and Activity columns to sort data in ascending/descending order.
Use the page numbers/arrows at the bottom of the table to browse events.
Save a Copy of a User Audit Report
You cannot save a copy of the report directly to the documents library. However, you can save a copy to your device (see instructions below) and then upload the file to documents library.

Click Report.

(Optional) Add some comments to the report.

Click Confirm.
Export Data From a User Audit Report

Click Export.
