You can delete a contact if you no longer want them to receive alarm and alert notifications.
You must be have the Manage Contacts permission enabled to delete a contact. See View/Edit Your User Profile to check which permissions you have enabled.
If you delete a contact:

They will be removed from all contact lists they were previously assigned to

A record of any alarms they received will still be visible in Incident Audit Reports

Log in to the CAM+ Website.

Click the contacts icon on the relevant site.

Click Manage Alarm Contacts.

Click Manage Contact Names. You will see a list of all contacts in the site ordered by date created.

Click on the contact. It will be highlighted in grey.

Click Delete.

Click OK.
