Isolations

Isolations are scheduled windows of time when setpoints do not apply.

You may want to create an isolation if a unit is going to be temporarily out of use or undergoing scheduled maintenance.

During the isolation period, the sensor will not trigger an alarm or alert if it exceeds its high setpoint/ falls below its low setpoint, but it will continue to take readings.

If the sensor is still out of range after the isolation ends, an alarm will appear on the WARP display panel, but not on the CAM+ website, nor will contacts be notified.

You can create a:

  • One-time isolation, for example, on the 01/09/2024 from 08:00-09:00 (see image 1)

  • Recurring isolation on a specific day of the week, for example, every Monday from 09:00-11:00 (see image 2)

You can create multiple isolations for a single sensor. For example, you can schedule an isolation: every Monday from 09:00-11:00, on the 01/09/2024 from 08:00-09:00, every Thursday from 16:00-18:00, etc. See image 3.

See Create an Isolation for instructions.

The isolation will end automatically at the end of the time period and the sensor will resume triggering alerts and alarms.

You can also modify and disable isolations as necessary.

You can also view and export a report containing all sensors' previous isolations in a sensor group. See Isolation History Report for instructions.
