You will need to reset your password if you forget it.
How you do so depends on whether you have a separate Checkit password or you log in with your work password.
See below for details.
If your password has expired, please contact a Customer Administrator and they will reactivate it. See Reactivate a User's Password/PIN for instructions.
Reset Your Checkit Password
Follow the instructions below if you log in to the CAM+ Website using a separate Checkit password and you have forgotten the password.

Go to https://camplus.checkit.net/main/login
If you are already logged in to the CAM+ Website, click LOGOUT.

Click the Reset Password icon.

Enter your username and email.
Your username will usually be the same as your email.

Click Send.

Open your email inbox. You will have received an email with the subject ‘Password reset on CAM+’ from tutelasupport@checkit.net.
It may take a few minutes to receive the email. If you cannot find the email, please check your junk folder. If you have any problems, please contact us.

Paste the URL contained in the email into a web browser.

Enter a new password.
The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least:

1 upper case letter

1 lowercase letter

1 number
-
1 special character, for example: !, *,&

Confirm the new password.

Click Reset.
Once you have completed the steps above, you will be able to log in to the CAM+ Website using your new Checkit password.
Reset Your Work Password
Follow the instructions below if you log in to the CAM+ Website using your work password and you have forgotten the password.

Go to https://camplus.checkit.net/main/login
If you are already logged in to the CAM+ Website, click LOGOUT.

Click Sign in via SSO.

Enter your email.

Click Sign In.

Click the link on the login window of your identity provider (see image 1). This will redirect you to your identity provider's website.

Follow the steps on screen to reset your password.
