Power Supply

Sensors are battery-powered.

If a sensor has low battery, Administrators and Safety Managers (see User Roles for more details) will be notified via a service alert. The Alert LED on the Hub will also flash blue.

If the device is:

• a sealed sensor, please contact us for a replacement device (see Replace a Sealed Sensor for instructions)

• a Sensor+ device, please replace the battery (see Replace a Sensor+ Battery for instructions)
