User Impact
Assigning Manage Contacts permission for specific departments
When creating a new Standard User, you now grant the Manage Contacts permission for specific departments.
Currently, a Standard User with the Manage Contacts permission can manage contacts for all departments on a site. When this update is released, existing Standard Users will retain this access, so Customer Administrators do not need to update their permissions.
If required, you can modify an existing Standard User after the update to change which departments they can manage contacts for.
Customer Administrators will continue to be able to manage contacts for all departments by default, as all permissions are enabled for Customer Administrators.

Improvements
Further improvements to contact management
We’ve made further improvements to contact management, making it easier to manage and maintain contacts and contact lists.

Manage contact permissions for specific departments – When creating a new Standard User, you now grant the Manage Contacts permission for specific departments. You can also modify an existing Standard User to change the departments where they can manage contacts.

Duplicate contact lists – Duplicate an existing contact list, making it quicker to create similar contact configurations. The original contact list remains unchanged.

Import contacts in bulk – Upload contact information using a CSV or XLSX file instead of adding contacts individually. CAM+ validates the uploaded information, rejects files with errors and provides details of any errors that need to be corrected.

Improved contact deletion – If you use the optional Automated Notifications feature, when you delete a contact, CAM+ checks for matching email addresses or phone numbers in automated notifications and removes the matching recipients. This helps prevent notifications from continuing to be sent to contacts who have been removed.

Sensor Summary Reports – Fixed an issue that could prevent Sensor Summary Reports from being generated for all sensors in departments with a large number of sensors or when using a large date range. Reports for all sensors are now generated in the background. You’ll receive an email when the report is ready, and it will be automatically saved in the Documents Library under System Users > Reports Pending Secondary Sign Off.

User Audit Report with eSignature – Fixed an issue where some actions were not recorded in the User Audit Report when users verified their identity using the optional eSignature feature.
