On 1 October 2026, the new Checkit Control Centre will replace the old Control Centre.
You’ve probably already seen our emails and messages in the Control Centre over the past few weeks about the new, improved Control Centre — designed to make managing your operations simpler, faster, and more intuitive. You may already be using it, and many customers who have made the switch have shared positive feedback.
From 1 October, everyone will use the new Control Centre. If you’d like to start using it before then, simply click here and continue working as usual.
What happens on 1 October?
From 1 October, when you access Checkit at app.checkit.net as usual, you’ll automatically see the new Control Centre.
You don’t need a new account or password, and there’s nothing to migrate, transfer, or reconfigure.
Your users, teams, alerts, reports, monitoring configuration, permissions, settings, and historical data are already there.
Simply access Checkit as you normally would and continue working.
Why are we making the change?
The new Control Centre delivers a simpler, faster, and more intuitive way to manage your operations.
Everything you already know — including alerts, teams, users, reports, monitoring, and work management — remains familiar.
What’s improved is the experience around it. A refreshed layout, new side navigation, mobile accessibility, improved visibility, and enhancements throughout make common tasks easier to find, access, and complete.
You can switch now
There’s no need to wait until 1 October.
The new and old Control Centres will continue to run side by side until then, so you can switch to the new Control Centre now and start using the new experience straight away.
There’s no migration or setup process. Simply log in with your existing username and password and carry on working with the same data, users, configuration, and settings.
We’ve designed the new Control Centre so existing users can start using it straight away without formal training.
