Repeat Alarm Notifications (Optional Feature)
Repeat Alarms are recurring notifications sent when an issue remains unresolved.
Instead of sending a single alert as usual when a problem occurs, the system continues to send notifications at regular intervals until the condition returns to normal, such as when a sensor’s temperature is back within range or a device comes back online.
This ensures that ongoing issues are not overlooked if the initial notification is missed or not resolved promptly.
You can enable Repeat Alarms on individual sensors or all sensors.
Each repeated alarm is treated as a separate alarm record in the system. This means you must complete an incident audit for every repeat alarm. For example, if you are notified three times about the same high temperature alarm before the sensor comes back in range, you will need to complete three corresponding incident audits.
