Sensors take readings and send them to the cloud at set intervals.
For example, a temperature sensor may be configured to take readings every minute and send these readings to the cloud every 5 minutes.
You can view and edit these settings if necessary.
You must be an Administrator to view/edit sensor reading & transfer frequency.

Log in to the Control Centre.

Go to Devices > Maintenance.

Select the location of the sensor you want to edit, then click Continue.

Click the 3 vertical dots on the sensor you want to edit.

Click Properties.

Edit the following fields as applicable:

Reporting Frequency (how often the sensor takes a reading)

Heartbeat (how often the sensor sends readings to the cloud)

Click Update Device Details.

Click the Checkit icon at the top of the screen to return to the Control Centre homepage.
