SenseFlex Range: Edit Offline Alert Delay

By default, a sensor will trigger a service alert if it has been offline (unable to send data to the cloud) for over an hour.

You can edit a sensor’s offline alert delay if you want to be notified earlier/later.

You must be an Administrator to edit a sensor’s offline alert delay.

  1. Log in to the Control Centre

  2. Go to Devices > Maintenance.

  3. Select the location of the sensor or repeater you want to edit, then click Continue.

  4. Click the 3 vertical dots on the sensor you want to edit.

  5. Click Properties.

  6. In the Offline Alert Period dropdown, select an option:

    • 30 minutes

    • 45 minutes

    • 1 hour

  7. Click Update device details.

  8. Click the Checkit icon at the top of the screen to return to the Control Centre homepage.
