SenseFlex Range: Temperature Probe Sensor Troubleshooting

Follow the instructions below if you receive a service alert indicating that a Temperature Probe Sensor is offline.

If you have received multiple service alerts indicating that all of your sensors are offline, there is likely an issue with the Cloud Connector. See Cloud Connector Troubleshooting to resolve the problem.

  1. Locate the sensor on site.

  2. Ensure that the sensor has not been moved or fallen.

  3. Ensure that the cable connecting the transmitter and probe is securely attached and has not been damaged.

  • The red wire should be attached to socket 2.

  • The white wire should be attached to the socket marked with a circle.

  1. Ensure that items are not obstructing the signal between the sensor and Cloud Connector.

  2. Ensure that the LED on the front of the Cloud Connector is illuminated solid white. If not, see Cloud Connector Troubleshooting.

  3. Wait for 15 minutes.

  4. View the sensor in the Control Centre. If it is:

    • Green: You have resolved the issue.

    • Amber: You have resolved the issue.

    • Red: You have resolved the issue.

    • Black: Contact us.
