Hub LEDs

The Hub has 4 LEDs that indicate its status. See the table below to interpret the LEDs.

Alert LED

Mode LED

Cloud LED

Signal LED

Green

The Hub is connected to the mains power supply.

The Hub is able to communicate with the Checkit cloud.

All sensors (and Repeaters if applicable) are communicating with the Hub.

Amber

The Hub is running on backup battery supply.

Please connect the Hub to mains power supply.

One or multiple required ports are blocked.

Please contact your IT department. See Required Ports.

One or multiple sensors (and Repeaters if applicable) are not communicating with the Hub.

This issue may resolve itself. If it persists, you will be notified via a service alert.

Red

There is an error on the Hub.

Please contact us.

The Hub is not connected to the Internet.

  • Ensure that your router is online.

  • If your Hub connects to the Internet via Ethernet cable, ensure that the cable is connected.

  • If your Hub connects to the Internet via Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi password on your router may have been changed. Please contact us.

There are no sensors connected to the Hub.

No LED

There are no alerts on the Hub.

The Hub is powered off.

Please connect the Hub to mains power supply.

There is a problem with the Zigbee network.

See Reboot the Hub.

Blue flashing

There are alerts on the Hub.

See View, Acknowledge, and Clear Alerts.
