Hub LEDs
The Hub has 4 LEDs that indicate its status. See the table below to interpret the LEDs.

Green | The Hub is connected to the mains power supply. | The Hub is able to communicate with the Checkit cloud. | All sensors (and Repeaters if applicable) are communicating with the Hub. | |
Amber | The Hub is running on backup battery supply. Please connect the Hub to mains power supply. | One or multiple required ports are blocked. Please contact your IT department. See Required Ports. | One or multiple sensors (and Repeaters if applicable) are not communicating with the Hub. This issue may resolve itself. If it persists, you will be notified via a service alert. | |
Red | There is an error on the Hub. Please contact us. | The Hub is not connected to the Internet.

No LED | There are no alerts on the Hub. | The Hub is powered off. Please connect the Hub to mains power supply. | There is a problem with the Zigbee network. See Reboot the Hub. | |
