Hub LEDs
The hub has 4 LEDs that indicate its status. See the table below to interpret the LEDs.

Green | The hub is connected to the mains power supply. | The hub is able to communicate with the Checkit cloud. | All sensors (and repeaters if applicable) are communicating with the hub. | |
Amber | The hub is running on backup battery supply. Please connect the hub to mains power supply. | One or multiple required ports are blocked. Please contact your IT department. See Required Ports. | One or multiple sensors (and repeaters if applicable) are not communicating with the hub. This issue may resolve itself. If it persists, you will be notified via a service alert. | |
Red | There is an error on the hub. Please contact us. | The hub is not connected to the Internet.
