You can view contact allocations if you want to check which contact lists a contact is assigned to.
You must be have the Manage Contacts permission enabled to view contact allocations. See View/Edit Your User Profile to check which permissions you have enabled.
Please ensure that contact lists contain at least 4 contacts to avoid alarms/alerts going unanswered. You can add up to 10 contacts to a contact list.

Log in to the CAM+ Website.

Click the contacts icon on the relevant site.

Click Manage Alarm Contacts.

Click View Contact Allocations. You will see a list of sensor groups, for example, Haematology Department Cold Storage Sensors, Pathology Department Incubation Room Sensors, etc.

Click the contacts icon for the relevant sensor group. You will see a table with a list of contacts in the left-hand column and a list of contact lists in the top header row. If a contact is assigned to a contact list, icons are displayed in the corresponding cell, indicating which types of notifications they receive (call, SMS, email).
You can edit the types of notifications a contact receives by clicking on the icons.
